My name is Joseph Kelada and I am here to provide the most professional service in the real estate industry; so that you can find the home of your dreams and make your dreams reality in the least stressful and most cost effective way possible.  

 

My valuable experience in the Mortgage industry enables my customers to buy the homes of their dreams without breaking the piggy bank.   I have the ability to provide the financing on their new home which helps for a speedy closing.  Years after my customers are happy in their homes, they pick up the phone for an easy no stress reverse mortgage, so they can spend their golden years in that same home, too.  Some choose to sell their home and we look at a cost benefit analysis for which is the best options for them and what would be the best route to take.  We can integrate a fast plan of marketing and sales approach that can bring results quickly without wasting time and definitely money.

I have the knowledge, experience, and professionalism, the competition does not have. Most realtors and real estate agents are not very well versed and not very knowledgeable about mortgages and loans, especially in financial planning, financing options, mortgage payoffs and government loans (for example FHA and VA). Most loan originators, investment bankers, financial planners,  and bank staff are not very well versed and not very knowledgeable about contracts, the kinds of real estate transactions, loan negotiation, pitfalls of a  financing plan, and how to handle the hurdles to get to a smooth closing. Some charge too much for saving you years off of your mortgage or don't even know how to do that and I do this for free as part of my complement of services.  Neither of them work as hard as I do and as late as I do for you. I am very well versed in both and I stay up to date and current with the changes in the laws, practices, trends, and programs.

In mid 2003, I returned from Iraq. I served proudly and honorably in freeing the Iraqi people from Sadaam Hussein's Regime, as an United States Marine deployed with the 1st Marine Expeditionary Force (1MEF). I have been a member of our armed forces for eight enthusiastic years. We worked hard to free the Iraqi People from their repressive leadership. We lost some heroic men who I am eternally grateful for. I am also humbled to have served with those men and survived to honor them.

I will work hard for you. I was born, raised and live in the Tampa Bay Area and I am one of the few that people in town that can say that.  The Tampa Bay area is microcosm of the United States. We are a diverse society and a melting pot of people from all over the nation and the world, but without losing that personability that some large cities have sacrificed for growth.  To make it short and sweet, "Tampa Bay is a great place to live and work."  We have that southern hospitality in a big city.  I want to make my country and the Tampa Bay Area a better place by bridging the diversity and helping build up our community.
